2.2 Each individual may register only one account on betpor. The operation of duplicate, joint, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. betpor reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
2.3 Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, Pakistani mobile number, and, where applicable, CNIC details. You are responsible for ensuring all information remains current and accurate.
2.4 betpor reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its discretion, including where betpor suspects that a player has provided false information, is accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or has otherwise violated these Terms & Conditions.
2.5 Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their specific jurisdiction within Pakistan. betpor provides the platform in good faith — compliance with applicable local laws, regulations, and ordinances is the individual player's responsibility.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpor login credentials. betpor will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
3.2 You must notify betpor immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. betpor accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to maintain adequate account security on your part.
3.3 betpor implements SSL encryption, one-time password (OTP) verification for new device logins, and session monitoring to protect accounts. However, these measures do not absolve players of their personal security responsibilities.
3.4 betpor accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other person.
4.1 betpor accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. 4.2 All withdrawals require completion of betpor's KYC verification process. Withdrawals to unverified accounts will not be processed. betpor reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal processing times are indicative: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers within 1–3 business days. These timelines are not guaranteed and may be extended due to compliance reviews.
4.4 betpor reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawals where it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where a player's account is under investigation.
4.5 Funds deposited to betpor are not held in a segregated trust account unless specifically stated. Players should not deposit funds they cannot afford to lose.
5.1 All betpor promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General bonus terms apply in the absence of promotion-specific terms.
5.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from real money funds. Real money funds are wagered first unless betpor specifies otherwise in a promotion's terms.
5.3 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits vary by promotion — always read the specific promotion terms before opting in.
5.4 betpor reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in before an amendment are subject to the original terms at the time of opt-in.
5.5 Any player found to be abusing betpor's bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting wagering thresholds, or coordinating with other players — will have their accounts suspended and any associated balances forfeited.
6.1 All bets and game results on betpor are final once settled by the platform. betpor reserves the right to void or re-settle bets in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest error in odds.
6.2 For sports betting, betpor's settlement rules are governed by the applicable sport's official governing body result. In the case of abandonment, postponement, or walkover, betpor's specific sport rules apply.
6.3 All casino games on betpor use certified random number generators (RNG) or live-streamed dealers supplied by regulated third-party studios. betpor does not operate proprietary game software.
6.4 betpor reserves the right to limit maximum stakes, impose betting limits, or restrict access to specific markets on any account at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betpor and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:
8.1 betpor is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to use the account tools available, including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion, to manage their gambling activity.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted via betpor's account settings will be honoured immediately for the duration requested. betpor will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications reaching self-excluded players.
8.3 betpor will not knowingly allow minors (under 18) to register or play. If betpor determines that a player is under age, the account will be closed immediately and any funds returned, subject to verification.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betpor platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from betpor's content.
10.1 betpor's platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betpor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or third-party payment delays.
10.3 betpor's aggregate liability to any individual player, to the extent liability cannot be excluded, is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 betpor reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable.
11.2 Continued use of the betpor platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using betpor and may request account closure.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming laws and regulations under which betpor operates.
12.2 betpor operates an internal dispute resolution process. Any complaint should be submitted in writing to betpor's support team in the first instance. betpor will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution body.
